A savage man is first and foremost a leader.  He then respects his body, and has abundant health.  He inspires his family and friends.  He stands up for the weaker and less fortunate.  He is humble and not proud.  He is a dream chaser and will never quit.
Savage Nutrition
We coach people into nutrition through an individualized lense.  There is no one-size fits all.
We teach carb-modulated dieting.  This means there is a sweet spot of where someone lands on the carb-fat continuum.  Carbs are not bad, they just need to be deserved, and we help create and paint the picture for each client of where that lies.
Supplementation can also be very beneficial to help address nutrient deficiencies, improve cognitive function, and heal your body more functionally.
Train Like a Savage
Being as healthy as possible is highly correlated to body composition, so the more muscle you have and the less body fat you have the more Savage you are.
Strength training is the BEST method to achieving these results and in fact other modalities like excessive cardio training is detrimental.
We focus on periodizing training through intensification and accumulation both teaching the musculature to increase in strength and working capacity to optimize strength and hypertrophy.
